1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GPS Area Calculator : Land Map mobile application ("the App"), published by Dixit Kanpariya ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App allows you to measure land/field area and distance using your device's GPS location, view and mark points on a map, look up addresses, and save or share the resulting measurements.

3. Measurement Accuracy Disclaimer

Area, distance, and location measurements provided by the App rely on your device's GPS and third-party mapping services, and are approximate. They are provided for general/informational purposes only and must not be relied upon for legal, survey, boundary-dispute, construction, or any other purpose requiring certified accuracy. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from reliance on measurements produced by the App.

4. Free Trial, Subscriptions & Billing

The App may offer a free trial followed by an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks premium features (e.g. ad-free use, unlimited measurements, additional themes).
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription automatically renews for the same duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to at purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your device's App Store/Google Play account settings. Cancelling does not refund any unused portion of an already-active period.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, resell, or misuse the App, or interfere with its normal operation or the servers and networks connected to it.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, and content (excluding data you create yourself), is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Maps and Google Geocoding to display maps and resolve addresses, and may use Google/Firebase for analytics, crash reporting, and ads. Your use of these features is also subject to the respective third-party's terms and privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collected.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including reliance on any measurement produced by it.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
