We recognise that privacy is significant. This Privacy Policy applies to GPS Area Calculator : Land Map ("the App", "we", "us"), published by Dixit Kanpariya. We have created this Policy to explain our privacy practices so you can understand what information about you is collected, used and disclosed. We collect information from you in order to provide corresponding service and a better user experience. With your consent to this Privacy Policy, your usage, statistics, and input while using our App would be collected.
GPS Area Calculator lets you measure land/field area and distance using your device's GPS location, view and mark points on a map, look up addresses, and save or share the resulting measurements.
We collect your precise (GPS) and approximate location in order to plot points, calculate area/distance, and show your position on the map. Measurements, points, and labels you create are stored locally on your device.
We may collect non-personal identification information whenever you interact with our App. This may include the device model, operating system, app usage data, crash logs, and other similar technical information, collected via analytics services (e.g. Google/Firebase Analytics) to help us understand usage and fix bugs.
Map display and address/place lookup are provided by Google Maps and Google Geocoding services. Your location coordinates may be sent to these services to render the map and resolve addresses, under Google's own privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your information. Your measurements, points, and settings are stored locally on your device, and we use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect any data that is processed. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Ads appearing in our App may be delivered to Users by advertising partners, who may set cookies or use device/advertising identifiers. These identifiers allow the ad network to recognise your device each time it sends you an online advertisement, in order to compile non-personal identification information about you or others who use your device, so as to deliver targeted advertisements believed to be of interest to you. This Privacy Policy does not cover the use of cookies or identifiers by any advertisers. We do not collect any personally identifiable data through these ad networks.
Some ads may be served by Google. Google's use of advertising identifiers enables it to serve ads to Users based on their visits to our App and other apps.
