Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Rasilaben Talaviya ("we", "us") covering the HoloKeep iOS app. Using the app means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.
1. What the app does
HoloKeep lets you photograph a trading card and receive an identification — its name, set, number, rarity, finish, a condition read and an estimated value range — and file it into collections you create. It also lets you browse a card catalogue with marketplace prices and open searches on third-party marketplaces.
2. Estimates are not appraisals
This is the most important thing on this page.
- Identification is automated and can be wrong. Always check the card yourself before acting on a result.
- Values are estimates drawn from public marketplace data. They are not an appraisal, not an offer, not a valuation for insurance, and not a prediction of what a card will sell for.
- The condition shown is read from a photograph and is not a grade. HoloKeep does not grade cards and has no connection to PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC or any grading company.
- Authenticity notes are general guidance. They cannot tell you whether a specific card is genuine.
Buying, selling, insuring or grading decisions are yours. We are not liable for what those decisions cost you.
3. Your responsibilities
- Only photograph cards you own or are entitled to photograph.
- Do not use the app to break the law, or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the app or the services it depends on.
- Do not use the app to scrape, resell or redistribute the card data or pricing it displays.
- You are responsible for your device, your connection and any data costs.
4. Subscriptions and payment
- Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is taken within 24 hours of the period ending.
- Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Prices are shown in your local currency in the app and may change. You will be told before a change affects you.
- Any free trial ends immediately if you buy a subscription. Unused trial time is forfeited.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Third-party services and links
The app relies on Google's third-party AI service for card identification, TCGdex for card data and prices, Firebase for analytics and crash reporting, and RevenueCat with Apple for purchases. It also opens searches on TCGplayer, Cardmarket, eBay and PriceCharting.
Those services are not ours. We do not control their content, availability, accuracy, prices or practices, and we are not responsible for them. Their own terms apply when you use them.
6. Availability
Identification needs an internet connection and a third-party service that can be slow, rate-limited or unavailable. Features may change or be removed. We do not promise the app will be available without interruption or free of errors.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its design and its code belong to us. Card names, artwork, set names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification purposes only.
HoloKeep is an unofficial app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., The Pokémon Company, TCGplayer, Cardmarket, eBay, PriceCharting or Google.
8. Your content
Photos you take and collections you build are yours. They are stored on your device. We claim no ownership over them and we do not use them for anything other than identifying the card you asked about.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from a mistaken identification or an inaccurate value estimate. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
10. Ending these terms
You can stop at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. Sections 2, 7, 9 and 11 survive.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts of Gujarat, India have jurisdiction — except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change and material changes will be noted in the app's release notes. Continuing to use the app means you accept the update.
